Ebony McArthur, Founder/Executive Director is the founder and CEO of McArthur Realty Group LLC, TMG Homes LLC, McArthur Group Real Estate & Financial Literacy Academy, LLC and The Werking Mom LLC. Ebony is a licensed real estate investor, financial literacy coach, independent property &
casualty insurance agent and multi-million-dollar top producing broker in MD, VA, DC & PA. She utilizes her 15 years of experience in the real estate industry as an investor, landlord and premier top producing broker to guide other realtors through the industry by overseeing agent transactions, training, and mentoring new agents.

She is responsible for educating and mentoring other industry professionals on building wealth through real estate, financial freedom, research and development, marketing, and advertising and how to grow their business. She launched her private career schools to educate middle and high school students on basic budgeting, savings, credit, and debt management, as well as offering the 60 hours MD real estate pre-licensing course to eligible candidates.

Ebony is always willing to share information on a plethora of subjects including business and finance. Her business knowledge, professionalism, and expertise have translated to helping many families obtain homeownership and she’s most known for her excellent negotiating skills. She is also the author of the book “The Fragrance of a Resilient Woman” based on her life’s story of perseverance. Ebony is a dominant force in the real estate & finance industry and uses her passion to encourage and motivate others on building wealth through real estate and financial literacy. Ebony is big on communication and takes pride in listening to her client’s wants and needs to achieve the best experience possible on every transaction. She was born and raised in the inner city of Baltimore and is a wife and mom of four amazing children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, roller skating, movie nights with her husband and kids and she loves to learn. She graduated from The University of Maryland Global Campus with a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and is on track to complete her Doctorate in Business Administration in the Fall of 2023. She strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is simple and stress-free. Her business is based on more than 90 percent referrals from satisfied clients, families, and friends.

Board Member, is a conscientious Realtor who’s credibility, communication, commitment and determination is a key asset to getting the deal done. Maurtice McArthur,

Board Member, is a licensed Real Estate agent in Maryland and Pennsylvania who was born and raised in the Baltimore Area. Maurtice is a full-time agent and full-time student at Penn State majoring in cybersecurity. He started his career as a real estate investor purchasing his first investment property at the age of 19. Maurtice’s zealous approach to real estate allows him to use his wisdom and youthful energy to provide his clients with a high level of customer service while building a strong relationship with each customer. In his free time Maurtice is a collegiate athlete, playing basketball for The Pennsylvania State University and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
